Labor positions and movement techniques to encourage progression of labor
Planning for the early days of postpartum life, including logistics, physical recovery, emotional well-being, relationship support, and early parenting

Advocacy and emotional support
Hands-on assistance with movement and labor positions
Plenty of comfort measures and relaxation techniques
Active coaching and encouragement for you and your birth partner(s) during labor and delivery
